Fox School is located in South Paris, Maine and serves senior residents 62 and older. The former historic Mildred Fox School was renovated into 12 apartments in a mix of studio and one-bedrooms. The building is centrally located and walkable to many of the shops and services in downtown South Paris.

The property is smoke-free and boasts many amenities, including onsite parking, onsite laundry, elevator, and a community room.  Services available to residents include resident service coordination, garbage and snow removal, and professional property management.
